Godzilla uses his spiral ray.
Godzilla is Mothra's best friend but also her main enemy he has teamed up with her on many occasions to fight other monsters like Mothra and Destoroyah (as seen in the film Godzilla vs. Hedorah). he has a beam of atomicness and can even fly. the cartoon one can shoot eye lasers which is pretty cool. he also has an ability called the spiral ray which he only uses on certain occasions like when he fought Biollante and took Baragon to prom. he, like mothra, had a song called Adam the Lizard.
